Ordering

How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order has been received in good order. If you are still in doubt, please contact our customer service. This can be done by telephone on +31 (0)174 525 600 3 or by e-mail to export@adamas.nl.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

Yes, you can always place an order by phone or via the contact form. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Are the prices on the website exclusive of VAT?

No, the prices mentioned on our website include VAT when you are not logged in as a company. When you are registered as a company, your prices are shown exclusive of VAT.

What actions should I take if my order has not been delivered or has been delivered incomplete?

If your order has not been delivered or has not been delivered completely, please contact our customer service! This can be done by telephone on +31 (0)174 525 600 3 or by e-mail to export@adamas.nl.

Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay in advance via iDEAL or by credit card (Adamas supports Visa and Matercard). It is also possible for verified customers to order on account

When will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice by e-mail when the order has been completed in our system. There may be a delay of a number of working days. After you have received the invoice by e-mail, it can also be found in your account.

If you have not yet received an invoice after completing your order, please contact us. This can be done by telephone on +31 (0)174 525 600 3 or by e-mail to export@adamas.nl.

Delivery and pick up

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. We normally aim to deliver orders within 1 working day. This does apply if the order is placed before 4:00 PM.

Can I also pick up my order at Adamas?

You can always pick up your order from us yourself. You must indicate this during your order. Pick up at our location in Maasdijk is free and is possible from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, all orders above €75 are shipped free of charge. For orders under € 75, a small order fee will be charged. The amount charged for this is €10. Different rates apply to orders outside the Netherlands, depending on the country.

Cancel and return

I want to return my items

If you want to return your items, we ask you to contact customer service.This can be done by telephone on +31 (0)174 525 600 3 or by e-mail to export@adamas.nl. They will help you further. The item must be returned under the following conditions:

within 30 calendar days of delivery;
complete and undamaged;
unused and unassembled;
in the original packaging, if reasonably possible (this should not be written on);
