Wall saws
A wall saw is a special saw for sawing thick walls of (reinforced) concrete or stone. Wall saws are almost always mounted on special rails, which makes cutting very accurate. We speak of a wall saw from a cutting depth of 21 cm, but often only from 30 cm. If you need to cut less deep, we recommend a wallchaser.

Pentruder 8-20iQ HF
The Pentruder 8-20IQ wall saw can be combined with a high-frequency drive motor of 22 kW or even 27 kW, making it the most advanced and powerful one for sale worldwide! This wall saw is specially designed to cut heavily reinforced concrete walls and foundations up to 1 meter thick with the highest precision and efficiency. Due to the combination of a 4-speed mechanical gearbox and an electronically adjustable speed, the highest possible torque is always available on the saw shaft! Pentruder CBK HF
The Pentruder CBK wall saw has a high-frequency drive motor of 22 kW and the saw shaft speed is electronically adjustable. The gearbox has few parts and is therefore very reliable and requires little maintenance. As an all-round wall saw for fast and efficient cutting of concrete thicknesses of 31-51 cm, the CBK is the perfect solution. If necessary, the CBK can also be used for cutting depths of up to 71 cm.
Pentruder RS2 HFi
The Pentruder RS2 wall saw has an integrated motor of 18 kW and is very compact and with a low weight of 24 kg, making setting up and disassembling this machine less stressful for the operator. The RS2's remote control is wireless and packed with versatile features that make wall sawing more efficient and safe. The pentpak and remote control
PentpakThe Pentpak 427 is the brain of the wall saw, wire saw & chain saw machines and is water cooled. In the event of power problems, motor overload or too little cooling water, the system is automatically switched off and this is indicated by a control lamp. The handles on the side of the Pentpak's aluminum housing make it easy to transport. When using the Pentruder wall sawing & wire sawing machines, the power consumption of the HF drive motor and the progress of the motor is measured and adjusted several times per second. This automatically slows down progress when cutting steel rebar. As a result, the saw blade does not get stuck and saw production is optimized.
Remote control
All switches are ergonomically placed so that the wall saw & wire saw machine can be operated quickly and easily. The water cooling can be switched on and off and the motors for the advance and depth adjustment can even be controlled simultaneously using the joystick. The power and speed of the HF motor can also be adjusted during the sawing process.
The track foot and rails
RailsThe rails are made of aluminum and combine low weight with high rigidity and stability. The double rack and pinion provides extra safety and continuity. With the help of a coupling plate or a rail trestle, the different rails can be mounted together. An end stop ensures safety and prevents the machine from “running off” the rails. The rail is used for drilling, wall sawing, floor sawing, circular sawing and wire sawing!
Track foot
The track foot can be adjusted in 4 directions, which speeds up the installation and adjustment of the rails enormously. The track foot is also suitable for use on sloping surfaces and stairs.
With “smart” placement of the track foot, the rails can be “rotated” while the track foots remain in the same position. In this way, several cuts can be made during wall sawing work without having to drill new anchors.
The blade guards
The blade guards are manufactured from lightweight aluminum sheet material. Low weight and optimal stiffness are combined with each other. For perfect guidance over the wall, 4 running wheels are fitted at the bottom. This prevents the hood from sagging. 14 steel rollers with bearings ensure trouble-free movement of the saw hood over the parallel guide on the saw arm under all circumstances. The sides of the hood are easy to remove for cutting in corners. Plastic caps are attached to the inside of the hood to prevent the saw blade from rubbing against the hood during horizontal cuts. The hoods are available in a closed and “concise” version for saw blade diameters of 800 mm, 1200 mm, 1600 mm, 2000 mm and 2200 mm.

Thanks to the parallel guide, the saw hood moves synchronously with the saw blade, and with the separate saw hood guide including 2x2 stainless steel wheels and 2 large plastic guide wheels at the bottom, stability on uneven surfaces is ensured.
